Submitting to 4-5 banks concurrently gives most founders at least one approval within 10-15 days. A single-bank approach leaves you stuck if that bank says no.

What's your refund policy?

Full refund if we have not yet filed with the state. Once Articles of Organization are submitted, the state filing fee is non-refundable (the state keeps it), and our service portion is non-refundable because work has been done. We do not refund EIN or bank rejections — both are out of our control and not promised in the package.
