Q: How long does the whole process take?

Q: What's included in the formation fee?

Every formation package includes: state filing of Articles of Organization, registered agent service for year 1, custom operating agreement drafted to anonymity standards, EIN acquisition with the IRS, and applications to 4-5 US business banks (Mercury, Relay, Bluevine, and others). BOI filing is a separate $150 add-on where required.

Q: Why submit applications to 4-5 banks instead of one?

Non-resident-owned LLCs get rejected by individual banks for reasons that have nothing to do with the applicant - random risk-model thresholds, country-of-residence policy shifts, internal capacity. Submitting to 4-5 banks concurrently gives most founders at least one approval within 10-15 days. A single-bank approach leaves you stuck if that bank says no.

Q: Will banks accept me as a non-resident?

Yes, in most cases. Mercury, Relay, and Bluevine all routinely approve non-resident-owned US LLCs. Approval rates vary by founder country of residence - our banking lead tracks current patterns and matches your application to the banks most likely to approve. We do not guarantee any individual bank, but we do guarantee submission to 4-5 banks until one approves.

Q: What's your refund policy?

Full refund if we have not yet filed with the state. Once Articles of Organization are submitted, the state filing fee is non-refundable (the state keeps it), and our service portion is non-refundable because work has been done. We do not refund EIN or bank rejections - both are out of our control and not promised in the package.
