Anonymousllc.co guarantees your LLC will be filed with the state and your EIN obtained from the IRS, or you receive a full refund. If we are unable to complete the formation for any reason within our control, we will refund the full amount paid.
If you cancel before we submit the state filing, you receive a full refund minus any processing fees charged by the payment provider.
Once the state filing has been submitted, state fees are non-refundable (they are paid to the state, not to Anonymousllc.co). The Anonymousllc.co service fee portion may be partially refunded at our discretion depending on how much work has been completed.
Bank approval is not guaranteed. If all bank applications are declined, this does not entitle a refund of the formation service fee, as the LLC formation, EIN, and operating agreement have been completed. We apply to 4-5 banks to maximize approval probability.
