One price. Wyoming-fulfilled on the backend. Members and managers never appear on public state records. For buyers who want anonymity and don't care which of the four anonymous states delivers it.
Buyers who want a US LLC with real anonymity and don't have a strong opinion on which state to use. If you care about asset protection more than tax, banking, or jurisdiction nuance — this is the right SKU. If you specifically want Delaware (VC-track), New Mexico (cheapest), or Nevada (asset-protection narrative), see the state-specific service pages. Compare on /pricing/.
The Anonymous LLC SKU exists for one specific buyer: someone who wants a US LLC where their name does not appear on public state records, and who is willing to let us pick the state on their behalf. We pick Wyoming. We have been picking Wyoming for years and we have not yet had a buyer regret the choice — Wyoming combines statutory anonymity, the cleanest single-member charging order doctrine in the country, no state income tax, the lowest annual renewal cost of the four anonymous states, and the highest bank acceptance rate among the digital business banks (Mercury, Relay, Bluevine). The other three anonymous states (Delaware, New Mexico, Nevada) each have edge-case advantages, but for the general-case "I just want a private US LLC" buyer, Wyoming is the right answer ~90% of the time. We charge $397 all-in so you don't have to think about it.
The reason this page exists separately from /services/wyoming-llc/ is purely pricing-presentation. Some buyers think in terms of "$297 service + $100 state = $397 total" — those buyers go to the Wyoming page and see the broken-out pricing they expect. Other buyers think in terms of "just tell me one number" — those buyers come here and see $397 all-in. Same workflow, same Wyoming filing, same total cost. The only difference is the surface. We split the SKU into two SEO presentations because the buyer profiles search differently: "Wyoming LLC formation cost" vs "anonymous LLC service" pull different mental models, and we want both groups to land on a page that speaks their language.
The ideal buyer profile for this SKU is a non-US-resident founder running an online business — SaaS, e-commerce, agency, freelance — who needs a US LLC to access Stripe, US banking, and the US legal system, but doesn't want their name on a public state database that scrapers, journalists, lead-gen tools, and competitors can query. About 70% of our Anonymous LLC buyers fit this profile. The other 30% are US residents using the LLC as an asset-protection layer (holding company sitting above operating businesses) or as a privacy wrapper around real-estate, crypto, or content-monetization activity. The structure is the same in all three cases; the operating agreement language and the bank recommendation differ.
Day-by-day breakdown so you know what's happening at every stage.
We try to be explicit about scope so there are no surprises. Anything below is either outside this SKU, sold separately, or handled by you directly.
Honest line-by-line. We're not the cheapest sticker price in every cell — we're the cheapest after the upsells the others bolt on at checkout.
The intake is short. Five minutes, maybe ten. Below is exactly what we'll ask and why we need each piece.
Before Wyoming filing is submitted: 100% refund minus payment processing fees (Stripe charges ~2.9% + $0.30). If you cancel within 24 hours of invoice payment and before we've sent Articles of Organization to Wyoming SOS, we refund the full $397 net of those processor fees.
After Wyoming filing is submitted: $100 Wyoming state fee is non-refundable (already paid to the state). We refund the remaining $297 if we fail to deliver EIN, operating agreement, or bank applications within 21 calendar days of filing acceptance — assuming the delay is on our side and not on yours (KYC documents missing, name corrections, etc.).
If banks reject all 4-5 applications: We do not refund based on bank decisions — that's outside our control. We will, however, re-apply to a second wave of 3-4 banks at no extra charge if the first wave all rejects, and we'll WhatsApp you with reasoning on what to change in your profile.
If you change your mind about Wyoming: We can redomesticate to another state (Delaware, NM, Nevada) at cost: that state's filing fee + $147 service. Or you can keep the Wyoming LLC and form a second LLC in another state at our standard pricing.
