Anonymousllc.co's intake, payment, fulfillment, and year-one support all run on WhatsApp. No web forms, no ticket system, no email back-and-forth. This page covers the exact message sequence from first contact through bank-account delivery, the response-time SLAs, what documents you upload via WhatsApp, and why we chose this model over the conventional dashboard.
Three reasons: 1. International founders. Most non-US founders already use WhatsApp daily — for family, business, and personal communication. Reaching them on a tool they check 50+ times a day produces faster intake and faster responses to follow-up questions than email (avg 24-48 hour latency) or a dashboard (avg login frequency: weekly). 2. Single-thread continuity. All formation activity — intake, payment confirmation, EIN delivery, banking, year-one renewal — lives in one continuous WhatsApp thread. There's no context loss when a question 6 months later references something from intake. The thread is the record. 3. Operations team routing. Internally, WhatsApp messages route to Shafwan (operations), Fozlol (banking), or Alif (tax/compliance) based on the question type. Customers see one thread; the team handles routing.
Customer sends initial WhatsApp message — typically 'Hi, I want to form an anonymous LLC' or similar. Intake collects: • Your legal name (for the IRS responsible-party record, not state filings) • Mailing address (for IRS correspondence; this is NOT public state record) • Three preferred LLC name options • Member structure: single-member or multi-member; if multi, member breakdown • Use case in one paragraph (real estate, online business, consulting, holding, etc.) • Residency status: US resident with SSN/ITIN, or non-resident • Which state SKU you want (Anonymous LLC default, or specific WY/NM/DE/NV preference) With this information, Shafwan confirms the package and sends a Stripe payment link. Total intake time: 5-10 minutes of customer effort, scattered across 1-2 hours of WhatsApp exchange.
Customer clicks Stripe link, pays. Payment confirmation triggers internal filing workflow. Day 0 (same day or next business day): Anonymousllc.co files Articles of Organization with the state SOS via our registered-agent partner. Day 1-3: state SOS returns stamped Articles. Anonymousllc.co sends the PDF via WhatsApp immediately. Day 1-3 in parallel: EIN application. For US residents, online SS-4 with EIN issued same-day. For non-residents, fax SS-4 to the IRS — 4-6 week wait. Day 3-7: operating agreement drafted, sent as Word document for signature. Customer signs and returns; Anonymousllc.co files the signed copy in the customer record. WhatsApp message volume: typically 3-5 outbound from Anonymousllc.co (Articles confirmation, EIN confirmation, OA delivery, banking-applications confirmation). Customer-side: 0-3 messages (sign-back of OA, occasional clarifying question).
Once EIN is issued (or operating agreement is signed for non-resident pre-EIN banking), Fozlol Hoq routes the customer thread to banking. He submits applications to 4-5 US banks in parallel — Mercury, Relay, Bluevine, plus 1-2 state-specific options. Mercury typically responds first, often within 3-7 business days. Relay 5-10 days. Bluevine 5-10 days. Anonymousllc.co tracks each application and notifies the customer via WhatsApp when any bank approves. If a bank rejects (most common for non-residents with unusual founder-country profiles), Fozlol submits to a backup bank within 48 hours. Approval rates after backup re-submission: 95%+ for US residents, 80-90% for non-residents. Once one bank approves and is opened, Anonymousllc.co considers the formation complete. The customer can choose to keep open applications running for redundancy or close them.
After bank-account approval, the same WhatsApp thread stays open for year-1 questions: • EIN-related questions (where to find CP-575, how to use it for Stripe setup) • Banking questions (how to set up wire transfers, debit card delivery) • State-side questions (where's my Articles, how to get a Certificate of Good Standing) • Year-1 annual report reminder (30 days before deadline) • Year-1 BOI status check (currently exempt for domestic under March 2025 IFR) Response times for ongoing questions: typically 15-30 minutes during business hours, 1-3 hours off-hours. WhatsApp is the communication channel. It is NOT the storage system or the legal record. Documents sent via WhatsApp are also stored in Anonymousllc.co's internal records system. The customer's CP-575, Articles, and operating agreement are accessible to Anonymousllc.co staff regardless of WhatsApp message history. If the customer loses access to their WhatsApp (lost phone, changed number), they can request re-delivery via email or a new WhatsApp number with identity verification. WhatsApp is also NOT the payment system. Stripe handles payment. WhatsApp transmits the Stripe link; payment processes outside of WhatsApp through Stripe's own infrastructure. WhatsApp is also NOT the official legal record for the LLC. The state SOS is the official record for the Articles; the IRS is the official record for the EIN. WhatsApp is the OPERATIONAL channel — fast, low-friction, founder-direct.
