Every Nevada LLC must obtain and renew a $200/year State Business License. What it is, how to renew, penalties.

Nevada requires every LLC doing business in the state (or organized in the state) to obtain a State Business License. This is separate from local/county business licenses. The fee is $200 per year, payable to the Nevada Secretary of State. It is not optional — failure to maintain the license can result in LLC revocation.
\nThe Business License renewal is due annually on the last day of the anniversary month of your LLC formation. Renewal is done online through the Nevada Secretary of State portal (nvsos.gov). Anonymousllc.co handles the first-year filing as part of the $722 formation. Year 2+, you or your registered agent handles renewal.
\nLate Business License renewal incurs penalties and can lead to revocation of your LLC\\\'s authority to do business. Reinstatement requires paying all back fees, penalties, and a reinstatement fee. Nevada is more aggressive about enforcement than most states.
\nThe $200/year Business License + $150/year Annual List = $350/year in state obligations. Add ~$40/year registered agent renewal and Nevada costs approximately $390/year ongoing — vs Wyoming at $100/year. This $290/year difference is the main argument for Wyoming over Nevada.
