Nevada LLC banking: good acceptance rates, documentation needed, non-resident considerations, and comparison to other states.

Nevada LLCs have good banking acceptance — not quite as smooth as Wyoming or Delaware, but significantly better than New Mexico. Banks are familiar with Nevada as a business formation state. Mercury, Relay, and Bluevine all process Nevada LLC applications without unusual friction.
\nSame as other states: EIN letter, Articles of Organization, signed operating agreement, beneficial owner ID, and proof of address. Additionally, your Initial List (which shows the manager\\\'s name) may be requested by some banks as part of due diligence.
\nNon-resident founders can bank Nevada LLCs through Mercury and Relay. Online-only process, foreign passport accepted. The Initial List disclosure does not affect banking — banks already know beneficial owner identity through CIP/AML requirements.
\nBanking ease ranking: Wyoming (best) > Delaware (good) > Nevada (good) > New Mexico (hardest). The differences between Wyoming, Delaware, and Nevada are relatively small. New Mexico is the outlier with notably higher rejection rates.
