Choose a state, file the paperwork, get your EIN, open a bank account. Here is exactly how.

Four US states allow truly anonymous LLCs: Wyoming, New Mexico, Delaware, and Nevada. Your choice depends on four factors:
If you are unsure, Wyoming is the default recommendation. See our full state comparison for detailed analysis.
The Articles of Organization are the founding document filed with your chosen state. In all four anonymous states, the filing requires: LLC name, registered agent name and address, and organizer signature. Members and managers are NOT required. Anonymousllc.co files as the organizer - your name does not appear anywhere on the public filing.
Processing time: 1-3 business days depending on state. Wyoming is consistently fastest.
Every LLC needs an Employer Identification Number (EIN) from the IRS for banking and tax filing. Anonymousllc.co obtains the EIN directly from the IRS. If you have a US SSN, EIN is issued same-day online. Without SSN (non-residents), the application goes via fax and takes 2-4 weeks. EIN does not require SSN - it just changes the timeline.
The operating agreement governs your LLC internally. It is never filed publicly - it stays between you and your LLC. Banks require a signed OA to open an account. Courts look at the OA to determine if the LLC was properly maintained. Anonymousllc.co drafts a custom OA for every formation, with privacy provisions specific to anonymous LLCs.
Anonymousllc.co applies to 4-5 US banks concurrently: Mercury, Relay, Bluevine, and others. Banks always require beneficial owner identification (BSA/CIP rules) - your LLC is anonymous on state records, not at the bank. Approval takes 5-15 days after EIN issuance.
Under the March 2025 FinCEN interim final rule, domestic reporting companies (including your US-formed anonymous LLC) are currently exempt from BOI reporting. This can change. Anonymousllc.co provides BOI compliance guidance with every formation and offers a $150 managed filing service if needed.
Day 1: WhatsApp intake + payment. Days 1-3: State filing. Days 3-7: EIN + OA. Days 5-15: Bank applications. Most formations complete within 5-10 days. Non-residents with fax EIN: add 2-4 weeks for EIN issuance.
The intake is short by design. You supply a proposed LLC name (plus one or two backups in case the first is taken), your legal name and residential address for internal know-your-customer records, a passport or government ID, and a one-line description of the business. That description matters more than most founders expect: it becomes the language used on the EIN application and the bank onboarding, so a specific answer such as "software consulting for EU clients" moves faster than a vague "online business." Nothing you provide at intake appears on the public state filing.
Only three things reach the public filing in Wyoming, New Mexico, Delaware, and Nevada: the LLC name, the registered agent name and address, and the organizer signature. Because Anonymousllc.co signs as the organizer and serves as the registered agent, none of those fields carry your name. The operating agreement, the EIN application, the member ledger, and your bank records all stay private. Anonymity here is statutory, meaning the state simply does not ask for member identities, rather than a service masking data that would otherwise be exposed.
An LLC is not set-and-forget. Each state has an annual obligation to keep the entity in good standing: Wyoming a $60 report, Delaware a $300 franchise tax, Nevada a business license and annual list of about $350, and New Mexico no annual report at all. Registered agent renewal runs $100 per year. Miss these and the state can administratively dissolve the LLC, which erases the liability shield and can cost you the bank account. Anonymousllc.co tracks these dates so the entity stays compliant year after year.
No. Every step, from filing to EIN to bank onboarding, is handled remotely. Non-residents form and bank without setting foot in the United States.
You can file the Articles yourself, but you still need a registered agent in the state, and if you list your own name and address to save the fee you defeat the anonymity. The point of the service is that the organizer and agent are not you.
Wyoming filings clear fastest, frequently within 1-3 business days. With a US SSN the EIN issues same day, so a resident can complete formation in under a week. Non-residents add 2-4 weeks for the faxed EIN.
Wyoming. It offers the strongest protection, the best banking acceptance, and a low $60 annual report, all for the $397 all-in price. Delaware only pulls ahead if you plan to raise venture capital.
