Nevada Annual List: filed annually for $150, lists manager/RA. What it contains, deadlines, and privacy implications.

Nevada requires every LLC to file an Annual List with the Secretary of State. Fee: $150/year. The list updates the state on the LLC\\\'s current managers, managing members, and registered agent. It is filed online through nvsos.gov.
\nThe Annual List includes: LLC name, Nevada business ID number, registered agent name and address, and the name and address of at least one manager or managing member. After year 1, you can list the registered agent as manager — effectively removing your personal name from subsequent filings.
\nThe Initial List (first year) requires your manager\\\'s name. This is the one privacy gap in Nevada\\\'s otherwise anonymous LLC structure. After year 1, Annual Lists can substitute the registered agent as manager. If privacy on all filings — including the first one — is critical, Wyoming is the better choice (no manager disclosure ever).
\nDue on the last day of the anniversary month. Late filing: penalties and potential revocation. Combined with the $200 Business License, Nevada LLCs have $350/year in mandatory state filings — the highest of any anonymous state.
